All of our physical issues that we deal with on a daily basis is our body telling us the fears, resentment, emotions, patterns, beliefs you have not fully acknowledged throughout your life is impacting you. Everything is connected to some underlying shadow belief that is related to your physical and emotional issues.
As an Emotional Release Relationship Coach, Somatic Wellness Practitioner Iwill focus on the relationship between emotional patterns, subconscious beliefs, physical well-being, to review the themes that may be influencing what your body is expressing.
During the process, you will complete a short intake questionnaire describing any physical challenges, recurring discomforts, or long-standing issues you may be experiencing. Using your responses, I intuitively assess the potential emotional and energetic themes that may be connected to those experiences—often referred to as underlying subconscious or “shadow” belief patterns.
The intention of this reading is to offer deeper awareness and personal reflection so you can better understand the connection between your inner beliefs, emotional experiences, and your physical body. Many clients find this process helpful for gaining new perspective on patterns they may not have previously considered or were unaware of.
This service is conducted entirely through email, allowing you the space to reflect on the insights privately and revisit them at your own pace. Please make sure you give the proper email address to receive your information correctly.
